The fourth LEAD Transnational Partner Meeting was held in Porto at the Portuguese Catholic University from May 11 to 12, 2023. The meeting was organized and hosted by the Portuguese Catholic University and was attended by representatives from all partner organizations: Budapest Business School, University Paris Nanterre, Tallinn University of Technology, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, CEPOR - SMEs & Entrepreneurship Policy Centre, and ADINVEST Europe.

The first day of the meeting was mainly dedicated to discussions related to the development of training materials regarding face-to-face and e-learning tools and approaches. All partners presented what had been accomplished up to now and discussed how to improve and finalize the materials. The second topic discussed during the first day was related to pilot trainings, where partners discussed how and when they will organize pilot trainings for owners of micro and small enterprises.
The second day of the meeting was devoted to the project's main dissemination activities and materials that had been created to date, as well as future dissemination activities. Additionally, the results from the questionnaires were presented, and issues related to quality assurance and monitoring were discussed. The final topics discussed during the meeting included general project management, administrative and financial concerns, agreed project activity timeframes, and the upcoming partner meeting scheduled for autumn 2023 in Croatia.
