The fifth LEAD Transnational Partner Meeting took place on the 5th and 6th of October, 2023 in Zagreb and it was hosted by CEPOR – SMEs and Entrepreneurship Policy Center. The meeting brought together representatives from all partner organizations:  Budapest Business School, Tallinn University of Technology, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Portuguese Catholic University, ADINVEST Europe and University Paris Nanterre. 

The first day of the meeting was primarily focused on discussions related to the completion of training materials, both for face-to-face and e-learning tools, as well as the development of online courses in Moodle. As part of the constructive discussion, Evelyn Soidla from Estonian company EP Consulting Services OÜEP shared her experience working as a consultant specialized in supporting Estonian SMEs in growth, primarily related to exports. Another important topic addressed on the first day was pilot training planning, with partners discussing how and when they will organize pilot training sessions for owners of micro and small enterprises, as well as students.

The second day of the meeting was dedicated to the project's main dissemination activities, created and future dissemination plans, especially regarding pilot trainings. Additionally, the meeting included presentations of results from questionnaires and discussion about quality assurance and monitoring results. Also, it covered general project management, administrative and financial matters and agreed project activity schedules.
