KA2 Strategic PartnershipThe 'LEarning And Development project for Micro and Small Enterprises' is funded by the European Commission under the ERASMUS+ KA2 Strategic Partnership (grant no. 2021-1-HU01-KA220-VET-000033052).
The aim of the LEAD MSE is to facilitate the effective transformation of the learning ecosystems around micro and small enterprises.
To achieve this goal, the project straightforwardly addresses the improvement of such Human Resource Development activities that directly and indirectly promote the learning capability of the target groups, both at management and employee levels.
