The starting point of this project is to get acquainted with and prepare an analysis of the training needs and advisory approaches appropriate with respect of MSEs having been clustered according to their different characteristics and development status. The Preparatory study elaborates a cross-cutting comparative study presenting the state of art of micro and small enterprises (MSE) facing with leadership and skill development challenges in the participating countries.
