The C1 Transnational Training took place in Tallinn at the Tallinn University of Technology – TalTech from 16 to 18 May 2022. The event was hosted by TalTech and was attended by representatives from all partner organizations – Budapest Business School, University Paris Nanterre, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Portuguese Catholic University, CEPOR – SMEs & Entrepreneurship Policy Centre and ADINVEST Europe. The training program was full of topics and included various presentations and visits to organizations.

On the first day of the event, all partners presented National reports and Case studies, and special emphasis was placed on the discussion of the Comparative report, which is related to the first project result. As part of the second day of the event, two lectures were held on strengthening the capacity and skills of entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises. Zvezdan Horvat from Adizes Institute talked on the topic How to change organizational life cycle positions – A typical example, while Olga Munroe from Leeds Beckett University talked on the topic Help to Grow Management: Executive Leadership Programme for SMEs in the UK. On the third day, tours to the TalTech Innovation and Business Center Mektory and Tallinn Tehnopol Science Park were organized. During the visits, partners found out some interesting facts about the Estonian entrepreneurial ecosystem, the promotion of entrepreneurship, and encouraging collaboration between academia, students, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to fund top research projects and promote entrepreneurial spirit. The LEAD project partners will undoubtedly apply the insights and knowledge gained from the Tallinn training and meeting during the project's subsequent phase.
